||Competition result of VAC-team at Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2011
Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2011 Event held in the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center, organized by the Saigon Chef Guild on 28 – 30 Sept 2011. This is the fourth competition, held with the participation of chefs working in the top famous Hotels & Restaurants as Caravelle, Sheraton, Sofitel, Grand, Equatorial, Majestic, First Hotel, Vinpearl Nha Trang Resort, Song Be Golf, along with others in HoChiMinh City and the nearby provinces.
As the approval of the BOM, the Production Department organize a group of VAC Young Chefs to take part in 09 competition classes. The VAC officially participate in the third time with the fruity result. Each VAC competitor gets each medal at each class (included 5 Silver Medals & 4 Bronze Medals)
With the applaudable result, the Young Chefs of Vietnam Air Caterers perform the skills and profession, enhance the creativity and passion of culinary. The contest open its door of opportunities for chefs to exchange the knowledge of culinary, experience and update the culinary trends in Ho Chi Minh City.
