Level 1
The equipment handling and storage level consists of warewash, trayset, a cutlery packing area, an inbound dock, a waste disposal area, plus storage for dry goods, commissary items and bonded goods (including a bonded chiller and freezer) and a despatch and control office.

There are four hundred motorcycle parking spaces for staff. Adjacent to the security office is a first aid room, fully equipped with beds. There is also a maintenance workshop with a spare parts store room. The electrical plant room is located away from the main staff building for safety reasons.


Level 2
The food production level consists of areas for dry storage, chilled and frozen storage, pre- preparation (fruit, vegetable, meat and fish), an inhouse bakery and pastry production, a cold kitchen, a hot kitchen, a fully separated Halal kitchen, a Japanese kitchen, a dishing area, a meal presentation room and administration office.

There are changing rooms for both men and women with showers. Both changing rooms have separated grooming areas with handwash basins next to the exits. There is also a staff recreation room.

There is a mezzanine floor which includes a laundry and toilets. All toilets are located on the mezzanine floor for hygiene reasons.

Level 3
This level provides access to the production building via the bridge. There are offices for the Personnel Department, training rooms and a staff canteen with its own kitchen. As the facility is a smoke free environment, a smoking room is located on this level.
