On 10th April, 2026, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) coordinated with Vietnam Airlines to present our latest catering solutions tailored for Vietnam Airlines passengers, designed to meet the evolving tastes of modern travelers. We believe that every meal served at 30,000 feet should be a journey of flavor, health, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Developed for Business and Economy Class on domestic flights over 2 hours and international routes, our vegetarian set menu offerings reflect a modern, health-conscious approach to inflight cuisine.

These menus present Asian and Western vegetarian cuisine, emphasizing whole, naturally derived ingredients and allowing the dishes to stand on their own without reliance on meat substitutes.

Tailored for young passengers aged 2 to 14, the LotusDeli Kids Box brings a fresh and engaging approach to children’s inflight meals.

The program includes two menu cycles per year, each offering two distinct options: one Western-style and one Asian-style menu. Each Kids Box is designed to balance nutrition, taste, and visual appeal - creating a more enjoyable journey for younger travelers.
