THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT BETWEEN VIETNAM AIRLINES AND VACS
On the 29th of January 2019, Vietnam Airlines and VACS have signed a Service Level Agreement together that provides specific and measurable aspects related to service offerings. This defines the service standards VACS is obligated to meet, thus helps us manage customer expectations. SLA is special significance for Vietnam Airlines and VACS that also serves as an efficient contracting tool for our current and continuous provider-customer work phases.
