VACS CUISINE MAKING IMPRESSIVE MARK AT THE 2024 SERVICE CONFERENCE OF VIETNAM AIRLINES
On August 23rd 2024, Vietnam Airlines Service Conference 2024 hosted by Department of Passenger service successfully took place with more than 300 delegates, including leaders of the Vietnam Airlines Corporation, representatives from various Departments, Subsidiaries, and Branches under the Vietnam Airlines JSC, together with the participations of 17 strategic partners. Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) proudly stood among the strategic units honored at the Conference with the following prestigious awards:
● Best Catering Partner of 2024
● 2024 Professional Excellence Award – For implementing innovative and effective in-flight service solutions.
In addition to the two collective awards, Mr. Quach Thien Tuong, the Executive Chef and Head of Production at VACS, was honored and recognized with an outstanding individual award at the Conference.
The 2024 Service Conference is an important annual event featuring booths showcasing new products from partner companies that are currently or will be providing services to VNA. It is also an opportunity for VACS to reflect on our journey and aim for 2025 goals with a spirit of unity, continuing to develop and affirm our position and service quality. The VACS booth attracted a large number of visitors with modern and creative plating. Each dish was presented as a work of art, not only visually appealing but also rich in the distinctive flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. The dishes featuring the essence of Southern cuisine, along with VACS's signature mooncakes and milk tea, delighted the taste buds of attendees, reaffirming VACS's leading position in the field of Airlines Catering Service.
