VACS SHINES AT ITE 2024 WITH CAPTIVATING VIETNAMESE CUISINE!

From September 5th to 7th, 2024, the 18th Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo (ITE HCMC 2024) has been held successfully, attracted more than 26,000 visitors and 700 delegates from 38 countries and territories.

Among the highlights was the Vietnam Airlines and Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) booth, which attracted a constant flow of visitors and partners, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Beyond showcasing world-class aviation services, the booth became a magnet for food enthusiasts, offering a chance to savor exquisite dishes crafted by VACS chefs.





The delightful Finger Food experience, featuring traditional Vietnamese dishes like Rolled rice noodle, grilled beef rolled la lot) on mango salad, and grilled pork sausage, which left visitors thrilled. A particular highlight was the live Spring roll demonstration, providing an interactive and fun culinary experience where international guests could not only taste but also learn to prepare this iconic Vietnamese dish.
