On October 10, 2024, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) in collaboration with Vietnam Airlines to host the UK Press Trip Press Tour to welcome around 10 participants, including journalists, Youtubers, and KOLs from the travel and food industries. The trip was designed to promote Vietnam’s vibrant culture and cuisine, offering a glimpse into the country's rich heritage, particularly through its culinary offerings on Vietnam Airlines flights.

As part of the experience, the press group was treated to a firsthand look at the exclusive in-flight menu served on the Ho Chi Minh City to London route. VACS impressed the guests with a behind-the-scenes tour, showcasing the entire culinary process—from selecting fresh ingredients, cutting and cooking, to packaging and ensuring the meals are safely transported to the aircraft.
