VIETNAM AIRLINES CATERERS & LOTTERIA VIETNAM SIGN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

On February 6, 2025, Lotteria Vietnam and LOTUSChef - a brand under Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) - officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking a significant milestone in bringing innovative culinary experiences to a wider customer base.





This partnership combines Lotteria’s modern, convenient dining approach with the airline-standard quality of LOTUSChef, ensuring that every meal is crafted with strict food safety and hygiene standards.



Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Hoang Xuan Hiep, General Manager of VACS, emphasized:
"With the stringent standards of the aviation industry, LOTUSChef was established to bring airline-quality meals and beverage beyond the sky into everyday life, ensuring customers enjoy premium, meticulously prepared culinary experiences."

The first product from this collaboration is the Trà Oolong Lài Sữa Trân Châu (250ml bottled jasmine oolong milk tea), crafted exclusively by LOTUSChef for Lotteria. The product will be available in all Lotteria stores in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province, starting February 13, 2025.



This partnership is a strategic step forward for both companies, allowing us to expand our reach, deliver high-quality products to a broader customer base, and set new benchmarks in Vietnam’s F&B market.
