VIETNAM AIRLINES CATERERS (VACS) APPEARED AT THE SAIGONTOURIST CULINARY AND CULTURAL FESTIVAL 2025

From March 27 to 30, 2025, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) participated in the Saigontourist Culinary and Cultural Festival—one of the most large-scale and impressive culinary events of the year—held at Van Thanh Tourist Village (48/10 Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). The festival attracted a large number of local and international visitors, thanks to its nostalgic recreation of old Saigon with floating markets, traditional craft villages, and over 600 unique dishes representing the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam.
As a leading provider of in-flight catering services, VACS was honored to continue accompanying the festival this year with careful preparation in booth setup, menu selection, and culinary experience design. VACS showcased a modern yet approachable booth space that featured both in-flight offerings and newly developed product lines.


A highlight of VACS’s participation was our “Oolong Milk Tea”—a signature beverage exclusively available on Vietnam Airlines’ domestic flights departing from Ho Chi Minh City. This product has received widespread positive feedback from passengers both in flights and off flights.

In addition, VACS introduced a range of new items, such as sweet cakes and pastries. These products are crafted to suit local tastes while adhering to the strict standards of the aviation industry: convenience, hygiene, and nutritional value. They reflect VACS’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in enhancing culinary experiences.
