All Nippon Airways (ANA), a valued client of Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS), visited our catering facility from August 19 to 20, 2025, for an exclusive meal presentation. VACS was honored to showcase a selection of specially curated dishes, reflecting our commitment to Japanese culinary excellence and ANA’s high standards in premium in-flight dining.
This marked a special occasion, as it was ANA’s first return to VACS after several years. Over the two-day session, VACS showcased a variety of in-flight meal options tailored to ANA’s expectations, with a strong focus on food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Unlike traditional menu presentations, this event was distinguished by the simultaneous participation of two chefs, bringing a dynamic and collaborative element to the culinary showcase. Each chef is responsible for presenting a distinct menu concept: one focused on Japanese cuisine, and the other on Western-style meals. This parallel presentation approach underscored ANA’s hallmark professionalism, reflecting a spirit of dedication and single-minded focus. Much like the Japanese concept of ikigai—finding purpose in perfecting one’s craft—ANA with VACS hand in hand approached the session with meticulous attention to detail. The result was a seamless, well-structured flow that concluded precisely on schedule, once again affirming VACS & ANA’s reputation for excellence in meal presentations.
The proposed menu items presented during the session are currently scheduled for implementation starting December 1, 2026. We are proud to be considered as a long-term trusted catering partner for ANA. This presentation represents a positive step toward reestablishing a long-term collaboration, and VACS remains committed to delivering high-quality in-flight meals that meet the expectations of the world’s leading airlines.
