VACS BRINGS 5-STAR, WORLD-CLASS CULINARY EXPERIENCES TO THE A80 EXHIBITION

As part of the nationwide activities celebrating the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2nd), Vietnam Airlines participated in the National Achievements Exhibition with a dedicated showcase titled “Aspiration for the Sky”. The exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), offering visitors a rich, emotional journey through the nation’s milestones.
With the message “80 Years of the Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” the showcase highlighted the remarkable development of the aviation sector and Vietnam’s flag carrier, closely linked with the country’s proud historical achievements.
In collaboration with Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS), Vietnam Airlines recreated an international 5-star business lounge experience, complete with service counters and an eye-catching display of premium in-flight cuisine.
✨Within Vietnam Airlines’ “Aspiration for the Sky” space, VACS presented a visually striking booth featuring an array of exquisite dishes. For the first time, visitors had the opportunity to admire two exclusive Vietnam Airlines LotusDeli Mooncake Collections produced by VACS in 2025.
The highlight of the booth was its diverse culinary offerings, showcasing Vietnam Airlines’ signature inflight gastronomy. Guests were invited to savor a selection of beautifully presented specialties such as milk tea, chilled tofu dessert, panna cotta, and a variety of refined canapés — evoking the authentic atmosphere of a Vietnam Airlines business-class cabin at 30,000 feet.
Many visitors expressed delight and surprise at being able to experience 5-star airline services right at the exhibition.
Mr. Hoang Nguyen, an attendee, shared: “This is my first time tasting Vietnam Airlines’ cuisine without boarding a plane. Despite the large crowds, the service was attentive, and the dishes were diverse, fresh, and truly delicious”.
