On the 5th, 6th and 7th of July 2022, we welcome the head chef of ANAC - Seigo Mori to host a cooking workshop at VACS. It is part of a strategic cooperation agreement between VNA and ANA. On the 5th, 6th and 7th of July 2022, we welcome the head chef of ANAC - Seigo Mori to host a cooking workshop at VACS. It is part of a strategic cooperation agreement between VNA and ANA.
 


 

Accordingly, Mr. Seigo Mori provides guidance, training, and knowledge about new trends in Japanese cuisine to chefs from VNA's catering subsidiaries (NCS, Masco, VACS, and the Passenger Service Department). Most of the ingredients he used to create appropriate Japanese menus are available in Vietnam, thus simplifies the process of finding material supply later. This program is a great opportunity to exchange valuable knowledge and experience between the chefs, and will help to improve the overall quality of inflight meals of VNA.
