VACS HOSTING EXCLUSIVE EVENT “KITCHEN TOUR AND BUSINESS CLASS MENU TASTING” WITH QATAR AIRWAYS AND GERMAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION’S MEMBERS
On 07th Sep 2022, Vietnam Airlines Caterers Ltd. (VACS) had the privilege to host the exclusive event “Kitchen tour and Business Class menu tasting” between Qatar Airways and German Business Association’s members (GBA) in Tan Son Nhat airport.

Having profound experience in hosting events for many International and Domestic Airlines Partners - VACS chefs, with the collaboration of Mr. Decha Mingkwan – Qatar Airways’ Regional Manager of Culinary Development Catering Services, had proved their outstanding skills by delivering the freshest and appetizing meals onboard, together with an experience of professional, high-class dining style of Business Class inflight menu to participants in this event. Moreover, all participants were served with the exclusive champagnes Charles Heidsieck’s Brut Réserve & Taittinger Prestige Rosé and especially, the Qatar Airways’ non-alcohol So Jennie Paris Bubble champagne.

VACS also got the opportunities to introduce thoroughly to visitors about our kitchen and facility, and let them explore the process or preparing inflight meals from fresh ingredients to finished meal uplifted onboard.
This special and unique event also remarks a milestone of Qatar Airways and VACS’ recovery after 02 years of fighting against Covide-19 pandemic. The both business partners had clearly demonstrated their sustainability in maintaining their business operation through the tough time and their quick resumption in taking single catering from Ho Chi Minh City.
