QATAR AIRWAYS MEAL PRESENTATION 2023
From 18-20th April, 2023, VACS took the honor to conduct meal presentation with Qatar Airways. This was also the second continuous week to present new menus for a top quality and halal airlines. After such a long time after Covid, QR finally arranged to present new menus for route SGN-DOH after 5 years. With a view to improve the inflight meal and food experience onboard for passengers, VACS and Qatar Airways succeeded in bring local Vietnamese food on flights above the sky.
It was such a great honor for VACS to have a chance to cooperate with Qatar Airways Chef, a professional and got broaden knowledge of international and Vietnamese local dishes. Through 3 days continuously, QR chef and VACS teams worked enthusiastically and brought out best dishes that could be uplifted onboard in the future, especially the local Vietnamese food, the teams had made the impossibilities to reality with local dishes: Banh cuon, Quang Noodles, Hue beef rice vermille, Banh bo…
