Vietnam Airlines Inflight Service Conference 2023
On 8th Sep 2023, The Vietnam Airlines Inflight Service Conference officially kick off the opening ceremony in Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi. The conference is an opportunity for VNA to reflect and complete the current goals and keep striving fulfill the targets in 2023 for achievements of perfect Aviation service, and look forward to 2024 with an inspiring spirit of service upgrades.
The conference occurred in an engaging atmosphere, with presentations on improving service quality and creating unique experiences. Further with digital transformation, sturdy customer experience always goes parallel.
Customer satisfaction is critical to determine the performance and growth of an enterprise. As a result, in the digital transformation process, putting customers at the center of all business decisions and actions is the first priority.
With contributions from VACS, NCS, MASCO (LotusDeli branded food products), and NASCO (straw bag products), a total revenue of more than 54 million VND was donated to the Corporation's Trade Union and the Service Sector's charity funds, to assist employees in challenging times.
The 2023 Service Conference significantly improved over the prior, with the participation of exposition booths from VACS.
