EMIRATES MEAL PRESENTATION FOR NEW INFLIGHT MENUS 2023
Vietnam Airlines Caterers welcomed Emirates at SGN Station on 05th - 06th October 2023 to meal presentation after 4 years, ever since 2019. This time, Emirates arrange meal presentation for new in-flight menus starting from 2024, with a view to deliver the fresh and local, specialty dishes onboard, and to upgrade passengers’ in-flight catering experience.

Taking the opportunity to work with Emirates Chef Roger, a skilled and professional catering manager with profound experience and knowledge of international and local cuisine, VACS chef team cooperated smoothly and gained a lot of experience after this menu meeting. Especially, the teams had proposed to elevate passenger catering experiences with Vietnamese local special dishes like: Banh cuon, Quang Noodles, Hue beef rice noodles, Thang Long Barramundi fish cake...
Further, in addition to diversify the meal cultures, VACS continuously contributes to food quality and safety, as well as operation service. Along with consistent moderation in terms of improvement and growth initiatives.
