WELCOMES CHINA AIRLINES FOR MEAL PRESENTATION 2023

On October 25-26, 2023, VACS was delighted to have China Airlines present a new inflight menu for 2024. With high aspirations of discovering new tasty dishes and providing passengers with exciting new in-flight dining experiences.

China Airlines has always been an stategic customer to VACS, with the purpose and commitment to provide the highest quality inflight service to China Airlines’ passengers. To achieve passenger satisfaction, CI representatives believe it is critical to think and expect from the perspective of the passenger. As a result, VACS understand deeply and exert every effort to achieve this goal. Throughout the two days of menu presentation, VACS Chefs and China Airlines worked constantly to refine and produce new dishes with an Asian-Western fusion. A little sneak peek, China Airlines also brings Vietnamese traditional dishes in the new menu with the perfect combination of flavor and spice. China Airlines also offers the new Vietnamese hot soup dishes Pho, Mi Quang, and Sai Gon Noodle Soup for the new menu, which will be available in 2024.

With the effort of both parties, the meal presentation has been successful with the all new menu for 2024. We anticipate that this new menu will provide China Airlines customers with unique and fascinating inflight catering experiences.
