VACS WARM WELCOME CHEF JONATHAN LEGER AND MRS. DINH NGOC HA TO THE BAKERY TRAINING WORKSHOP

On 03 November 2023, VACS was honored to have Mr. Jonathan Leger - Executive Pastry Chef from  Savencia Fromage & Dairy, and Mrs. Dinh Ngoc Ha Bakery Sales Manager – SK Food Tech Ltd join us at our exciting Bakery workshop. VACS chefs are always eager to learn and upgrade professional skills in order to improve service quality standards and deliver better meals to passengers. This workshop provides an excellent opportunity for our chefs to evolve to modern cuisine trends.

Even though Chef Leger's schedule in Viet Nam was tight he still managed to share his Western bakery technique and experiences in the workshop. Our Executive Chef Mr. Tuong shared that “We do appreciate his effort to show some products for tasting, the cooking technique, sharing experience, exchanging ideas and up-to-date market trends in Food & Beverage Section and Hospitality Industry not only in Asia Pacific Region but also in another continent as well”. This workshop session is really useful and advantageous for VACS in terms of improving cooking skills, pastry quality, expanding knowledge in bakery ingredients and understanding more about the expectations and requirements of our airline customers, as well as the chance for SK Company to create more SKUs for your customers in the future.   

 

With that being said, we'd be grateful to Chef. Leger and Mrs. Ha for attending and contributing to the success of our workshop. We hope to hold many more workshops in the future.
