During April 10th to 12th, 2024 VACS took the opportunity to host annual meal presentation for EVA AIR. The event showcased the expertise of EVA AIR's evaluators alongside VACS's prestigious production team.
Over the course of three days of meal presenting new menus, EVA AIR and VACS efficiently collaborated on refining the in-flight dining experience. Since EVA AIR upholds a 5-star service standard, meticulous attention and effort were put in creating, evaluating, and presenting each dish to ensure passengers enjoy exceptional culinary experiences.
