The ending of April VACS welcomed Singapore Airlines team with the attendance of young talented Chef Nicholas Cox and HCMC office branch and SGN airport team on the meal presentation during 24-26 April 2024.
Singapore Airlines' meal presentation is hold annually to review and prepare new dishes that aim to fulfil the passengers’ satisfaction and the inflight dining experience for Singapore airlines flights. With the detailed analysis on passengers’ feedback on each menu, the SQ culinary team carefully review and adjust the menus to ensure all the dished with most positive feedbacks are reviewed and upgraded. This meal presentation session, VACS prioritized dishes that authentically represent the culinary delights of both Vietnam and Singapore’s cuisine.
