MEAL PRESENTATION OF VIETNAM AIRLINES 2024

On June 20, 2024, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) organized a Meal Presentation for Vietnam Airlines to create and upgrade new menus, enhancing the customer inflight experience on domestic flights. The event was attended by representatives from Vietnam Airlines, Cabin Crew Division, and the Airport Services and Operations Center (ASOC).

One of the highlights of this presentation was the addition of new items to the domestic menu, particularly the mid-day menu for Business Class. To bring variety and appeal to passengers, the mid-day menu for Business Class will feature a combination of a cold cut platter and a hot canapé.



 

Additionally, VACS also introduced some pre-order dishes under the Lotus Deli brand to uplift onboard and offer the passengers the utmost comfort of dining experience. These dishes are prepared from high-quality ingredients, ensuring food safety standards and offering unique and rich flavors.

The new menu and services are expected to be implemented in the fourth quarter of this year, aiming to enhance the passenger experience on Vietnam Airlines' domestic flights, which provide many opportunities and promises to bring wonderful culinary experiences to passengers. With continuous additions and improvements, Vietnam Airlines strives to keep tittle of the leading airline in Vietnam, meeting all the needs and desires of its customers.
