CATHAY PACIFIC ORGANIZED “I CAN FLY PROGRAM” AT VACS

On September 28, 2024, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) took the honor to host the tour “I CAN FLY PROGRAMME” event of Cathay Pacific, in celebration of 78th birthday of Cathay Pacific. The event welcomed 20 excited guests including 14 students from Thang Long school. The event opened unique opportunity for students to visit facility of VACS' national-class inflight meal production.

One of the event's highlights was the session with VACS' talented chefs, who shared his passion for culinary excellence and detailed the journey from meal planning to production. Guests were introduced to the wide variety of inflight dishes, learning firsthand how quality and safety are prioritized at every step. The chefs also shared personal stories about his careers, further enriching the experience and nurturing student passion for cooking. Participants then had the chance to test a selection of signature meals, giving them a taste of the high-quality inflight dining that VACS provides to passengers globally.
