On November 29-30, 2024, in Phan Thiet City, Vietnam Airlines Caterers Ltd. (VACS) hosted the Customer Conference 2024 under the theme: "TOGETHER – WE GO FURTHER". An event is filled with vibrant colors and emotions.

Mr. Vu Dinh Thuy – Chairman of the Board of Management, Mr. Hoang Xuan Hiep – Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of VACS, Mr. Dinh Tat Thang, Ms. Le Thi Khanh Chi – Member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Pham Ngo Diem Khanh – Auditor, along with VACS Management team.
At the ceremony, VACS had the honor of welcoming nearly 200 distinguished guests, including senior leaders from Government Agencies, Corporations, Enterprises, Esteemed partners, Loyal customers, and dedicated company staffs—who have played a vital role in fostering and supporting VACS' growth over the years.

With over 31 years of growth and development, VACS takes pride in being the one of the leaders of in-flight caterer in Vietnam and South East Asia. In 2024, VACS continued to uphold the leading position and commitment to innovation by resuming catering services with 03 airlines: Cathay Pacific, Aeroflot, and Sichuan Airlines. Additionally, the company successfully signed new contracts with 02 prominent clients: Spring Airlines and Long Bien Palace.
The strong growth in operation in Phu Quoc International Airport and expanding service to provide for 6 airlines is also a testament to the outstanding quality of VACS over the past 31 years.
This year, VACS break the record of producing over 1,068,000 meals in August 2024 and more than 81,000 mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn season, delivering the specialty mooncake to passenger on Vietnam Airlines flights and businesses nationwide.
