On June 17–18, 2025, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) had the honor of hosting a Business Class meal presentation for Turkish Airlines, specifically for flight TK251 operating from Ho Chi Minh City.
The session focused on the upcoming Business Class menu, scheduled to launch in October 2025. A selection of refined dishes was introduced, each thoughtfully developed to meet Turkish Airlines’ high standards and offer passengers a premium inflight dining experience.
Chefs and culinary experts from Turkish Airlines were present at the event, working closely with the VACS team to review the flavor profiles, presentation, and overall quality of each dish.
