CHINA AIRLINES PARTNERS WITH VIETNAM AIRLINES CATERERS (VACS) TO HOST SEMINAR EVENT FOR TICKETING AGENTS ON 25TH JULY 2025

On July 25, 2025, China Airlines collaborated with Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) to organize a special event at the VACS catering facility at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The event welcomed around 30 guests, all representatives from travel agencies and ticketing offices in Ho Chi Minh City.
The purpose of the event was to introduce China Airlines’ new flight operation from October, 2025 with current ticketing services, and in-flight offerings to help agents better understand the China Airline’s products and provide more accurate consultation to their customers.
The function event also plays an important role to bring the agencies a clearer vision and thorough understanding of China Airlines’ cuisine style, and inflight menus for enhancing the passengers’ dining experience. This is also helps the agencies deliver the deeper consultancy to passenger when choosing the meal onboard.
What made this event truly special was the first-time collaboration between China Airlines and VACS to showcase the airline’s in-flight catering services. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the catering facility and witness first-hand the meticulous process behind preparing the flavorful meals served on board.
