Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) is delighted to once again welcome Japan Airlines (JL) for the Meal Presentation Plan, taking place from 28 to 31 October 2025.
As part of our long-standing partnership, this session offers a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, review past performance, and discuss new culinary developments. VACS presents the menu and cycle from the previous year alongside innovative menu proposals for the upcoming year, while representatives from Japan Airlines review, evaluate, and provide feedback to ensure every detail meets their high standards of service and quality.
Held twice a year, the Meal Presentation Plan reflects the close collaboration between VACS and Japan Airlines. The October session marks the second presentation of 2025, following the first one successfully organized in May. This continued engagement highlights our shared dedication to enhancing passenger satisfaction through exceptional in-flight dining experiences.
The focus of this session includes the Cycle A&B/2025 menus for flights JL070 and JL750, as well as new menu proposals for Cycle A&B/2026. Each dish has been thoughtfully designed to balance creativity, authenticity, and nutritional value, ensuring passengers enjoy both comfort and delight throughout their journey.
