On 21 November 2025, VACS had the honor of hosting a Meal Presentation for Vietnam Airlines, showcasing our latest culinary concepts crafted specifically for upgraded Premium Economy Menu and Business Class Light Meal Menu for domestic flights.
With over three decades of expertise in airline catering, VACS continues its commitment to elevating Vietnamese cuisine for global travelers. The enhanced Premium Economy menu features refreshed dishes, improved portion profiles, and a broader selection of seasonal ingredients to enrich both flavor and presentation.
For Business Class, the refined light meal menu offers a more balanced combination of appetizers, mains, and desserts—placing stronger emphasis on freshness, texture, and visual appeal.
These culinary upgrades were developed through close collaboration with Vietnam Airlines, incorporating insights from the Inflight Service Department and passenger preference studies conducted throughout 2025.
