VACS CUSTOMER APPRECIATION CONFERENCE 2025: “ONTO THE NEW HORIZONS – A JOURNEY OF GRATITUDE, A MARK OF ELEVATION”

Recently in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Airlines Caterers Ltd. (VACS) successfully hosted its 2025 Customer Appreciation Conference with the theme “ONTO THE NEW HORIZONS – A Journey of Gratitude, A Mark of Elevation.”
This annual event is designed to create a space for connection, dialogue, and partnership between VACS and its valued partners and customers—an opportunity to reflect on the past journey, strengthen mutual trust, and together move towards a future of sustainable collaboration and development.
VACS was honored to welcome more than 200 attendees, including senior representatives and leaders of various agencies, corporations, outstanding enterprises, long-standing partners, loyal customers, and the entire VACS team—those who have consistently supported and accompanied VACS throughout the years.

For more than three decades of tirelessly crafting flavors “above the clouds,” VACS takes pride in being one of Vietnam’s leading in-flight catering providers, trusted by numerous customers and partners. In 2025, VACS continues to affirm its leading position by signing and renewing cooperation with seven new customers: United Airlines, Sun Phu Quoc Airways, Aero Nomad, SkyUp, Air Incheon, Lotteria, and AFT.

Saigontourist Food Festival 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2025, the 19th International Travel Expo (ITE), and notably, the National Exhibition A80 – “80 Years of Independence – Freedom – Happiness.”

Built on a 30,646 m² site, with a dedicated 1,672 m² Halal kitchen, VACS will be ready to supply 20,000 meals/day in Phase 1, aiming for 40,000–50,000 meals/day in Phase 2, meeting the highest global standards as Long Thành Airport reaches new horizons.
As the program concluded, the “echo” of gratitude and trust continued to shine through warm lights and heartfelt melodies.
