VIETNAM AIRLINES MEAL PRESENTATION ON 25-26TH DECEMBER 2025

On 25–26th December 2025, Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS) is honored to organize the Meal Presentation for Vietnam Airlines, welcoming representatives of Vietnam Airlines to attend and review newly developed in-flight meal concepts for long-haul international routes.



During the Meal presentation, VACS will present a new in-flight meal concept developed for flights operating to Europe, Australia, and the United States. The meals are structured based on a cyclic approach, designed to provide variety in menu offerings while ensuring consistency, stability, and operational efficiency throughout the catering process.



The presented meals are carefully designed to meet the requirements of three passenger classes currently served by Vietnam Airlines, including Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class. For each class, particular attention has been given to flavor profiles, presentation standards, and portion sizes, with the aim of delivering an in-flight dining experience aligned with the service standards of each customer segment.



Through this Meal presentation, VACS aims to demonstrate ongoing efforts in meal development and service improvement, contributing to enhanced passenger experience on long-haul international flights and supporting Vietnam Airlines in maintaining high standards of in-flight service quality.
