SINGAPORE AIRLINES CONDUCTED MEAL PRESENTATION SESSION AT

When it comes to world-class inflight dining, Singapore Airlines sets a global standard. On May 14–15, 2026, Vietnam Airlines Caterers Ltd. (VACS) was proud to welcome representatives from the airline to our kitchens for an exclusive, collaborative meal presentation.
Over the two-day session, our culinary team showcased a diverse selection Asian & Western selections of new Business and Economy Class menu proposals, meticulously designed to meet Singapore Airlines’ premium service expectations
Working closely with Singapore Airlines’ established standards, the presentation also included Special Meal (SPML) selections for two operating cycles, featuring AVML, CHML, MOML, HNML, and VOML based on Singapore Airlines menu standards, together with VGML and GFML menus created by VACS. Each menu was carefully prepared with attention to ingredient quality, nutritional balance, visual presentation, and operational suitability for inflight service.
Throughout the session, both teams engaged in productive discussions and menu evaluations to further refine product offerings and align catering solutions with Singapore Airlines’ premium service expectations. The event reflected the close cooperation between VACS and Singapore Airlines, as well as the shared commitment to delivering high-quality inflight experiences to passengers.
